Hattersleys gives you two options for shipping your goods:
1. Royal Mail First Class Post - £2.50 (small items <500gr) and £5.00 (up to 1.5 kg)
2. Interlink Courier – Guaranteed next day delivery* £10.00 (up to 10 kg)

- Orders received by 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next-day so long as there is someone at the specified address to sign for the goods.
- Orders that weigh more than the maximum allowable weight will be charged at the carrier’s standard rate increments.
Return / Exchange Policy and Instructions
APPAREL
With receipt/proof of purchase:
• Any apparel merchandise returned with a receipt, and within 14 days from purchase, may be issued store credit, merchandise exchange, or full refund in the original form of payment. Cash or cheque purchases will be issued a Hattersleys cheque within 14 business days. Such apparel must be in its original condition.
HARD GOODS
* ALL exchanges and returns for hard goods and equipment MUST have a receipt. *
With receipt/proof of purchase:
• Any unused or unaltered hard good merchandise returned with a Hattersleys receipt and original tags within 14 days of purchase may be issued store credit, merchandise exchange, or full refund in the original form of payment. Cash or cheque purchases will be issued a Hattersleys cheque within 7 business days.
Lacrosse Sticks:
• All lacrosse stick heads (plastic only) sold by Hattersleys are under a one year limited manufacturers warranty from original date of purchase with presentation of Hattersleys receipt. Returned lacrosse sticks will only be replaced with the same stick make, model, colour, and type of stringing.
• The warranty will replace any plastic stick heads that have cracked or broken under normal playing conditions or have a manufacturer defect for up to one year from customer`s original date of purchase.
• Receipt must be presented for warranty to be honoured.
• Heads that have been physically altered by the customer, will not be replaced for any reason. Any alterations void any warranty.
• All wooden lacrosse sticks sold by Hattersleys are under a three year limited manufacturers warranty from original date of purchase with presentation of receipt. Returned wooden lacrosse sticks will only be replaced with the same make, model and type of stringing.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS
If our products do not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you do cancel your order, your payment will be returned. (Customised or personalised goods may not be returnable.)
If you are returning items:
1. You can visit our store here in Eccles to do this in person. –click- to locate store.
2. If you want to mail the item, please call us first (0161 789 1374) to check that the defect you have spotted is covered by the warranty.
3. Re-box the item in suitable protective packaging and address it to 63, Weymouth Rd, Eccles Manchester, M30 8 TH.
4. Include a covering note explaining why the item is being returned as well as the original receipt in the box. Also include your name and address and phone number (or e-mail address) so we can mail any exchanged goods to you.
