Warranty, Deliveries & Returns
Delivery
We deliver all UK orders via courier next day delivery (DX). You will receive a separate tracking email when you order has been shipped -(please check your junk mailbox for this if you do not see it). Orders received before 12pm (weekdays) will be delivered the next working day. For any orders placed after 12pm, these will not be shipped until the following working day.
In rare cases, orders may take longer to be delivered due to delays with the courier or due to certain times of the year. We do not take any responsibility for the courier.
UK Shipping is £6, or free over £50.
Unfortunately, we do not currently sell to European countries through our website - we are working hard behind the scenes to introduce European deliveries in the near future. If you live in Europe and are interested in placing an order, please contact us via email and we can send you a delivery quote at sales@hattersleysonline.co.uk
Warranty
Each brand has its one specific warranty. If the warranty is breached, we will replace unusable or broken products (or provide a replacement of equal value) that break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within the set warranty period from the purchase date. Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided in order to process a claim. Once the claim has been received, a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps you will need to take.
Scratches, chips and general wear and tear are not covered under the warranty, as they are to be expected during regular use.

Any claims under that warranty are between the manufacturer and the purchaser, whilst a copy of the manufacturer's warranty policy is available on request.
Returns
We accepts returns within 14 days of the original purchase. The item must be unused and include the original packaging. If you would like to return an order, please contact us at hattersleysales@aol.com
Returns are to be returned to us at the customers cost and we cannot be held responsible for issues with delivery/couriers. A full refund will be processed back to the car which was used in the online purchase once goods have been received and checked in.
Personally customised products (made to order products) are not able to be returned.
Disclaimer
Lacrosse is a dangerous sport. By participating in the game of lacrosse you are accepting a certain degree of risk of injury, including serious injury or even death. Injuries can, and do occur. Protective equipment does not prevent, nor does it protect against all types of injuries. It is designed to reduce the risk of minor injuries incurred during normal playing of the game. Helmets and face masks will not protect against all types of minor injuries.
